Job Alerts
If you wish to subscribe to job alerts via email, sent by The Graduate Bridge, your email address will be requested. We will use this information for the sole purpose of keeping you informed about vacant jobs and providing relevant news within the industries you are interested in. You will always have the ability to opt-out of jobs and news alerts in the future. Unsubscribe links are provided in every job alert email that you receive from us. Alternatively, jobs alerts can also be received via RSS feeds – no email address will be required.
Curriculum Vitae (“CV”) and Other Documents
You are able to submit your CV, along with other documents, via our website with no restriction regarding when and how you’ll have access to them. Each of these documents will be automatically stored in the The Graduate Bridge database, whereby The Graduate Bridge recruitment consultants in the UK will be able to access this information. Our secure database, with information relating to you, will be available to access by any The Graduate Bridge recruitment consultant. They may need to access this information for reasons like business development, allowing them to provide you with the best service. Your consent will always be requested prior to sending any information to clients.
You will be able to update your CV, along with your other documents, whenever you might require it. Do this by following the same procedure as submitting a new CV/ other documents. The current CV will automatically save-over your old CV, providing the same submission details are used.
Aggregate Information about The Graduate Bridge Online Visitors
We gather information and statistics collectively about all visitors to our website and all of the The Graduate Bridge group company website. For example, from which areas do users access our website most frequently, and which of our services they access the most. We only use such data in the aggregate form. This information helps us to determine what is most beneficial for our users, and how we can continually improve our online services to create a better overall experience for our users. We also publish some of this information on the The Graduate Bridge website. We could also undertake marketing profiling to help us identify services or jobs, which may be of interest to you.
Access
Your account is solely owned by yourself, including all the personal information you upload or fill out.
You have the ability to suspend or delete your account whenever you wish. Before doing so, please contact us for your P45.
Note, if you wish to delete your file, we may not be required to/ able reciprocate. This is particularly true when your file holds information about our clients or financial information. We would be required to keep this information for a period of up to 6 years (regarding tax matters, for example). If, and when, we are unable to comply with your request, we will provide you with the reasoning for failing to do so.
